sign in from the home page to enter the game.
the main screen shows your location, a map, modal buttons, and a log of recent events.
use the footer links to view the leaderboard, nations, or this help page.
the header shows your name, cash, bank balance, and world coordinates.
health (cc) and energy (kWh) bars show your current and maximum values.
during battle the health and energy bars are hidden; use the battle arena instead.
open travel mode with the travel (-) tab below the map, or press - on your keyboard.
move to an adjacent tile with w/a/s/d, the arrow buttons on the map, or by clicking a neighbouring tile.
each move costs energy. you cannot travel while performing an action or during an in-progress trip.
blocked tiles (deep water, ocean, and similar) cannot be entered.
while travelling, your sprite animates toward the destination until the trip completes.
travel mode shows the surrounding grid and is used for movement.
vicinity mode (=) shows who and what is on your current tile.
switch with the travel (-) and vicinity (=) tabs, or press - / = on your keyboard.
press escape in vicinity mode to return to travel mode.
in vicinity mode, click a player, npc, or enemy to open their interaction modal.
resources on the tile are listed for information; they are not clicked directly.
you can also click sprites on the travel map to interact when they appear on your tile.
the location box above the map describes where you are.
it may mention amenities available on this tile, such as a bank or shop.
bank and shop buttons only work at locations that have those amenities.
open actions from the modal bar to see activities you can perform here.
activities come from the location, from resources on the tile, or from portable actions you can do anywhere.
each action lists energy cost, duration, and any required or consumed items.
select an action to start it. enable repeat action to chain the same action automatically.
while an action runs, the actions modal shows a timer. cancel repeat from that screen if needed.
finishing actions may add items to your inventory and writes results to the log.
open inventory from the modal bar to see everything you are carrying.
click an item for details, equip effects, consume effects, and actions.
equip items into head, body, legs, weapon, or trinket slots from the item detail view.
consumable items can be used outside battle from inventory when allowed.
carrying too much weight increases the energy cost of travel.
equipped items modify your stats while worn.
view equipped gear and stat bonuses in the player modal under the equipment tab.
click an equipped slot to unequip that item back into inventory.
the bank modal is available at locations with a bank amenity.
deposit moves cash from your wallet into your bank balance.
withdraw moves cash from the bank back to your wallet.
claim daily interest from the interest tab once per day when interest has accrued.
the shop modal is available at locations with a shop amenity.
sell tab: sell items from your inventory to the location for gold.
buy tab: buy items from the location stock using your gold.
select an item, set a quantity, then buy or sell.
open chat from the modal bar to read and send messages.
new messages appear when the game refreshes.
open player from the modal bar to view your character.
the stats tab shows core stats, combat records, and actions completed.
the equipment tab shows what you have equipped and lets you unequip items.
open map from the modal bar for a wider view of the world and your coordinates.
useful for orientation; movement still happens from the main travel grid.
battles start when you attack a player, npc, or world enemy, or when they attack you.
the map switches to a battle arena with you and your opponent.
take turns using attacks from the attack bar. consumables appear below the header on your turn.
if neither side acts before the turn timer expires, that combatant passes.
if the overall battle timer expires, the fight ends with no winner.
winning may grant experience, items, or gold depending on the opponent.
during battle, open attacks or use keyboard shortcuts 1–4 on the attack bar.
each attack costs energy and may require or consume items.
hover an attack slot to see requirements. disabled attacks cannot be used.
damage depends on stats, the attack used, and defence rolls.
on your turn in battle, consumable items from inventory appear above the arena.
click a consumable to use it instead of attacking that turn.
npcs roam the world and appear on tiles like players.
talk costs energy and may share knowledge or dialogue.
attack starts a battle. npc rank is shown in brackets from weakest to strongest.
defeating an npc may grant loot.
some locations spawn enemy creatures that move nearby.
click an enemy in vicinity mode or on the map to attack it.
enemies fight like npcs. defeating one may drop items and grant experience.
click another player on your tile to interact.
attack starts a player-versus-player battle.
request trade opens a trade with that player when available.
the log at the bottom of the screen records combat, travel, items found, and other events.
newest entries appear at the top after each refresh.
w / a / s / d — travel north / west / south / east (in travel mode).
- — switch to travel mode.
= — switch to vicinity mode.
escape — close modals, clear interactions, or leave vicinity mode.
1 / 2 / 3 / 4 — use attack slots during battle on your turn.
players and npcs standing on water tiles are drawn without legs.
water includes deep ocean, ocean, deep water, shallow water, and coastal water.
